Does this plant need to be divided/moved after about three years?
Does it prefer something other than leaf mold and reliable moisture to flourish? A free-draining soil structure?
Mine is becoming mean with its leaves and flowers - and now looks to be a good time to shift it - before the warm weather arrives.
I suspect it might prefer less water than we've been getting this winter, but weather is weather.
