Small urban garden in Washington, DC

| Here's a recent photo of my back yard as seen from my roof:
I live in a residential neighborhood in the northwest part of the city (about 3 blocks from the National Zoo). I have a rowhouse and my lot is only 20 feet wide; minus the stairs and sidewalk, the garden is only about 16 or 17 feet wide but the lot is much deeper than many in the city, and as a major bonus we also have off-street parking (that's our garage at the top of the hill). Here's a closer view of the upper garden, as seen from the stairs on the right:
