The rule of thumb is a minimum of 90 days between adding fresh or uncomposted manure to the soil and the first harvest date. So figure out when your last addition of went into the compost pile and calculate from there.

Thanks for the reply. First harvest date? Or planting date? I imagine a lot of these seedlings won't be ready to harvest for quite some time.

The 90 day guideline is usually in reference to the transfer of any potential pathogens in the manure. I'm not sure what kind of bearing it has on how "hot" the manure might be. The more well aged the better.

And I hope you will be incorporating this chicken manure in with regular soil. Not a great idea to use on a stand alone basis.

The manure is mixed up with lots of other decomposing compost material. When I clean the coop I rake the straw+manure into the bin, along with a plethora of weeds, leaves, food scraps, etc. If I transfer this into the greenhouse and put seedlings in it in a week to a month, will I just murder everything? I was going to scrape off and set aside the top inch or two of compost, and use everything below that.

You need some real soil in there. Think of the composted chicken manure as a soil amendment or fertilizer, not as a growing medium.

The original post said 'till this stuff into the greenhouse beds' so it sounds like the OP will not be growing in this alone.

If you scrape off the most recent fresh chicken poo and use the older stuff below, it should be OK tilled into soil, especially if it's not a huge thick layer.
