Need help finding a special tool Please!!

I don't know the name of this tool, but it is the kind that puts the metal rings in shade clothes so that you can strap it down on a frame without tearing it. Can anyone tell me the name of this tool and where I could possibly buy one?

I think you mean grommets.
buygrommets.com has machines, but they're expensive.
greenhousemegastore.com has plastic clip on grommets that are inexpensive. |
