Does anyone know where a loquat plum will grow.

It grow in south Texas and regions similar.
It can withstand temps 10 degrees without serious injury
but both flowers and fruit are killed at temperatures below about 27.
It mature its fruit during the winter months if that is any help.Recommended zones are 8,9 and 10
