 o
plant growth hormones

Does anyone have a suggestion for a source of pure
indole-3-acetic acid
6-benzyladenine (6-benzylaminopurine)
indole-3-butyric acid
isopentenylaminopurine (isopentenyladenine).
With so much illegal drug activity nowadays companies are reluctant to sell even these plant hormones, and plant media, for example, Murashige and Skoog, and glassware to me for home use by my company. I would like to try cell culturing of daylilies to speed the development of cultivars. I cannot afford a large autoclave so I would have to sterilize the media by filtration through a 0.2 micron filter. Thank you.

RE: plant growth hormones

I found that Sigma Aldrich will not sell to me. However, PhytoTechlabs sold me the products. Now I am trying to figure out how to use them. There are a few articles on micropropagation of daylilies but so far I have not obtained them from the library. The journal In Vitro Cellular and Developmental Biology-Plant has a lot of articles on micropropagation.
