I'm looking for information about growing spikenard Himalayan Nardostachys jatamansi, family Valerianaceae) the oriental plant, or the North American Aralia racemosa, family Araliaceae.) Has anybody tried to grow either, and is it hardy in the cold north? Where can I purchase it?
