Trees that are not messy

I have some trees,Myorprums, and am in the process of having them removed and replaced. What I want and need to know, is a tree/s that are not messy, such as NOT bearing friut or berries. They are to be used as privicy, and about 25' or so tall.

Since you live in z9, I assume you live in the Phoenix area. Google the ASU cooperative extension service which will have a lot of info for you. Also, there is a local office.
