Anyone know of a web sight containing detailed cultural information on seed germation and growing. The information must be specific and detailed.

There are a great many such sites, but you might have better luck on the internet if you do individual searches on the particular plants you are intending to grow. Type in 'seed germination' as your keywords, using Google as a search engine. There are also MANY great text books on the subject, which actually might be a better way to get started. The Ball Red Book, The Encyclopedia of Seed Germination (Nau), Plant Propagation (Hartmann and Kester), etc. Seed sowing on a large scale is something that needs to be studied FIRST and practiced LAST.

If you are wanting to experiment with growing a few plants from seed as a great hobby, there is quite a bit you can learn from a good seed catalog, like Parks Wholesale. They give you temperatures, weeks to flower, light requirements, etc.
