Mina lobata, ipomoea lobata, firecracker vine, spanish flag. I grow it, and the migrating hummingbirds adore it. Lovely vine, unfortunately for me it needs a longer growing season than most vines. It fails to set viable seed and hasn't reseeded, although I left the pods up throughout the winter and plenty dropped. For me, it's best to purchase an established plant.
