japanese heirloom/open pollinated seed source?

Hello I was reading an article about heirloom seeds in the Tokyo area, but I can't remember where. I would like to find a source in Japan for open pollinated types of vegetables etc. Anyone help is great.
Note: I already have heard of Kitazawa seed, Baker Creek etc., but I would
like to find a source in Japan--possibly old rice strains also--thank you Emma |
