Looking for clematis 'Prairie Travelers Joy'

Anybody know of a source for this clematis? I understand it's also sometimes called Western Virgin's Bower. It's a very hardy, fast-growing clematis recommended as a ground cover.

Clematis ligusticifolia?

Forestfarm, Williams, Oregon
Wallace W. Hansen Nursery and Gardens, Salem, Oregon
Plants of the Southwest, Santa Fe, New Mexico
Great Basin Natives, Holden, Utah
Mostly Natives Nursery, Tomales, California
Valley Nursery, Helena, Montana
Nothing But NW Natives, Woodland, WA
Sleepy Hollow Nursery, Salem, Oregon

I do not know current inventories of all these places, nor do all of them ship.
