You may have trouble getting this one--a Linaria species (I forget the species name)--because it's listed as a noxious weed in the United States. I believe it's because it's toxic to livestock, but I'm not certain.

Yes, a weed rather than a wildflower.

There is a linaria cousin that is not invasive. You can check this out and see if it's similar to what you want.
