Is this a jasmine?

My mother, who passed away last spring, was an avid gardner. She had an evergreen vine growing on the southwest outside corner of her greenhouse, and it is starting to get little buds on it. I feel certain it is some kind of jasmine, but everything I've read about Carolina and Confederate jasmines indicates they are not hardy here. This vine is quite old and perhaps where it's situated is a little microcosm that's warmer than normal. I hope that when it blooms I will be able to identify it, but thought I'd go ahead and post this in case anyone has an answer. Thanks!
