Best grass for Kentucky?

We're about to have our lawn power seeded. What is the best grass to use in Kentucky? We are building a house on five acres in the country, so we don't plan on irrigating the lawn. What grass does best in the summer heat without watering? We expect that it might get a little brown in, say, August, but we're just looking for the best grass for this environment given that we don't plan on putting in irrigation for all five acres. Thanks!
