Common chickweed - Stellaria media.

You can google for it for names of herbicides, if that's what you're after. It does die down in hot weather. I don't find it nearly as annoying as that awful weed with the round seeds on the backs of the stems that comes up in late summer, with the awful name of Chamberbitter.

Thanks for your help. Yes, it IS Chickweed!!! I think it is SO invasive in MY yard this year because of all the soil improvement that I have done here. If that Chamberbitter is actually WORSE than this Chickweed then I hope I never see it!! I guess I will have to continue to just pull it up and dispose of it as I have almost 1000 tulips coming up that prevents me from using anything like Roundup to control it. The problem is that it HAS to be pulled up before it goes to seed when it gets warmer. It is something that I really dread as it has turned much cooler here and the wind is really bad too, making for very difficult gardening of any kind.

If you want to use something like roundup but are afraid because they are near plants, you can use a paint brush and brush the roundup on the plants. That way it kills only what you want it to kill.

Invest in a scuffle hoe or stirrup hoe (usually less than $20). It will cut the tops off of most of them, but you will need to pull the ones right near your tulips. You may need to scuffle more than once, but it beats bending over to pull or paint them! I've found them in a local hardware store that was bought out by ACE.
