Leaf Miner already!

Grr...the leaf miner has already attacked the baby aquilegias as soon as they leaf out. Is there anyway to get rid of them? I usually pick off the leaves and fresh ones grow, but this seems too early for them to be attacking the poor babies.

Some people report good results from using neem oil.

Really?! I have some, but never thought to use it on a leaf miner...will try it. Thanks.
