Please tell me what are the best viburnums and spireas to grow in North Mississippi, zone 7. Thanks you!!!

Here are a few that should do well for your zone 7 garden

Spiraea Magic Carpet Compact spreading habit with vivid orange-red new growth changing to a lime-yellow. Deep rose-pink flowers in spring.
Spiraea Little Princess Semi-dwarf grower with delicate leaves and pink flowers.
Spiraea Goldmound Low mounding habit with bright yellow foliage changing slightly to yellow-green in summer. Pink flowers in late May to June.
Spiraea Neon Flash Low mounding shrub. Deep reddish-purple new growth changing to deep green. Vivid red flower clusters in summer.

Viburnum Arrowood dentatum 'Chicago Lustre' A vigorous grower with glossy green leaves and an upright, rounded habit. Blooms white in spring.
Viburnum Rotundifolium Doublefile plicatum tom. 'Rotundifolium' A spreading form with round leaves. New growth is red. Round 3" flowers begin chartreuse turning white. Burgundy fall leaf color.
Viburnum plicatum var. 'Summer Snowflake' White flowers from May through summer on a more compact plant. Red to purple fall color.

Juddi, carlesii, Mohawk and Shasta viburnum should do well for you.
