Well, you have a couple options, I think. Can they be staked for the rest of the year to get them back up. You might even prune them back if they are large. They would probably not flower this year, though. Also, if they are not too large, could you dig them up and replant. Dig a very wide rootball and set them up straight again?

When shoveling the plant out I would try to get as much root ball as possible then replant it. Drive a tall stake down at least three feet aim it as close to the center of the plant as possible and tie it to one of the large branches.

A couple of years ago,after a major ice storm, my August Beauty did the same thing. I staked it and tied it to secure it.
It has taken a while but finally it is straight again.
