That sounds like fun! I'm in Searcy, AR and need to figure out how far it is from me. It's also the weekend of the Arkansas Homeschool Convention so I'll have to decide which to do.

Well, darn! It's about 3 1/2 hours for me. A little too far for me right now. Oh well. I guess I'll be at the Arkansas Homeschool Convention which is right in my town. :)

Forgot I posted this thread! LOL! Here's an update: I took the kids to the festival which turned out to be about an hour & a half away. No rain for several days before & no rain predicted for that day. I had bought a cheap arbor/tarp to stay out of the sun. We get there & of course it starts to sprinkle. The kids & I can't figure out how the damn tarp goes up so these 2 guys come over & put it up for me (obviously women can't do everything men can! LOL!). I made alittle money but not really to cover the trip. I had packed bread & sandwich stuff & cokes & bottled water to save money. Well, someone sat on the bread & with the rain (& us wearing shorts) we wanted something hot to drink, not cold. Other than that, I had a good time & got to meet some other craft vendors. I got leads on a couple of other 'festivals'. A lady had rooted cuttings of pink confederate roses (I bought 2). I bought a sweet potato vine from another lady, & some other things. It was a learning experience for me - mainly to never take my kids unless they have their own money! LOL!
