Evergreen suggestion for often wet clay??

I have a row of Leland Cypresses along my property line of which 3 are in the "bottom" of a poorly drained area. All but the three are healthy and look good so I am making the assumption that it is the wet feet causing my issue (yellow foliage starting from the trunk going out). These three are not nearly as dense as the others and hardly ever put on new growth so I am ready to rip them out.

What replacements will be suited to this area? I am thinking about the Thuja Green Giant but I don't know if it will do well in this soil. Will something in the Holly family thrive?

Looking for an evergreen (preferably something that is fast growing) that will tolerate this site.

Thanks
