 o
Medium Shade tree recommendation

I have a single level ranch house and need a shade tree for the south side of my home. I have a space about 60 ft wide to fit it in. There is a shop on one side and my overhead electrical service line on the other.
There is also my septic system about 65-70 ft away from the spot.
Seems as though everything I find has aggressive roots and I don't need any septic issues.

Would really like a pretty fast grower, as I would like to enjoy it while I am still alive:)

Forgot, I am in the Pee Dee of SC.
Sure would appreciate some help.

I think the link below will help answer your question! It gives some good distance ideas for trees, and suggests some trees I think could work for your zone.

Here is a link that might be useful: Trees for septic fields
