the plant that most of us call black-eyed susan (rudbeckia) does not grow from a bulb like tulips, etc. they grow from a root mass.
are you sure of the name?
if you are not seeing anything by now, they are probably not going to show up.

Bought them at Home Depot. Says Rudbeckia black-eyed Susan on package. 3 bulbs in the pack for $6.98.
Says Blooms THIRD on the package; I don't know what that means.
full sun height 24-30";
Blooms late summer/early fall but I don't see anything at all coming thru the soil. I was just wondering if I should be feeding the bulbs now. I have them in a big pot in full sun and water occasionally as I would my other bulbs.
