Is it your property that is growing kudzu right now?

There's no guarantee which way the kudzu will grow..towards you or towards the course.

Are you living within the golf course community?
Do your homeowners rules and regs prevent you from growing any noxious or invasive plants on any portion of your property that abutts the golf course?

I also live in a golf course community and the restrictions of what we can grow is quite extensive.

I should think when the course maintainance staff and greenkeeper notice any growth of kudzu they will deal with it even if it is not directly growing on or along the fairways.
Are you trying to get them to do the work of eradicating this plant? You might not want to wait until it becomes a problem for the golf course because by then you'll start seeing starts from bird dropped seeds within your yard.
