| It appears that my login won't "stick" unless I have cookies turned on. Is that actual site policy or did I do something wrong?

| In order for a login to be persistent, a site has to set a cookie on your computer. That's how it knows you are you. (Well, there are other ways... but this site is certainly not HTML 5 compliant.) |
