Hydrangeas with no blooms

Hey guys, I have several hydrangeas, of many varieties, around the yard. My Incrediball, Limelight, Vanilla Strawberry and PeeWee Oakleaf have done great, but my classic Mopheads are not budding. They have great, healthy foliage, but no blooms. I know we had several late frosts and a cold winter, maybe that is to blame? Is anyone else experiencing this?

The cold has killed the old wood on my hydrangeas, so I expect few if any blooms except on Endless Summer or any other hydrangea that blooms on new wood.
