| I'm not a very experienced Gardner, but this year I wanted to grow some Bell Peppers and Tomatoes on the patio. I'm having good luck with the Tomatoes, but the Bells, not so much.
I have them in about a 5 gallon container in potting soil. It grew pretty good and bloomed. It produced 3 peppers and only one grew to about half the size of one from the grocery store. Its nice and green, but no more peppers. Could someone give me a clue? Do they just not grow good in a pot? |

| Potting soil might be part of the problem. Especially if it's one of those that "feeds" the plants. Might be too much nitrogen. They grow fine in a pot, I've been doing it for years. |
