All with good reputations. I have bought from all three (at least I think I have bought from Johnson's too).

Good retail nurseries in the south often have a few as well. ("Good" eliminating the bigbox stores.)

I would highly recommend Johnsons. Great people, great plants but alas, just two persimmon choices!!

Do you have any Southern States around? I bought mine at a SS in the Spring. It was the best price around.
