Identifying 2 Plants

I have 2 plants that I need help identifying. I am pretty sure that they are members of the viburnum family; however, I believe they are of the not so common variety. 1 of the plants is in my yard. The other one I saw in Mooresville, NC at the Queen's Landing. I have some pictures of both, but I am unsure how to share these with the community here. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to know the name of the one in my yard because we always get asked about it and I am unable to tell anyone what it is. The one I saw at Queen's Landing, I would like to add to my yard.
