If you are making sure that the plant gets plenty of sunshine and that it is being fed properly, then I dont know why it doesnt bloom. Limes and lemons are everbearing types of citrus meaning that they can flower and set fruit 2 even 3 times per year! Try feeding your lime plant a little epsom salts mixed with water. If it bloomed once, it should bloom again.

i have almost the same problem. my lime tree is in a big pot, sits outside on our deck, gets plenty of sun and water, as well as a little afternoon shade. it bloomed (and the blossoms smelled so good), but no fruit. i will try the epsom salt tip, but i have been wondering: are these trees self-pollenating? can people only have one and have it produce fruit? if this is an amateur question, please excuse me. i'm new to gardening and to this forum. thanks in advance.
