Cedrus libani atlantica 'Glauca'...Blue Atlas Cedar.

Cunninghamia lanceolata 'Glauca,' the Blue China Fir. I'm pretty sure these can do well even into Zone 9. They grow very well here, where our climate is too hot for Colorado Blue Spruce to thrive.

What about Cupressus arizonica Arizona Cypress?

Cupressus arizonica has some very nice blue cultivars, and should do fine as long as you don't drown it.

Mine grow well in full sun, in pure unimproved beach sand here in humid zone 8a. They are native to the southwest USA and northern Mexico, so heat isn't a problem but wet feet might be. They are not picky about soil, and grow fast.
