I would like help id'ing this shrub. I have admired it for years now and want to know what to call it. I have 2-3 bushes of it in my yard. They average 5-6 feet in height. The leaves are oval and mature leaves are wider towards the tip and the tip is pointed. Leaves are also opposite in pattern and encircle the stem. New leaves are a russety purple and mature to a light medium green. In the fall they turn yellow.
