Here are a few more. I would suggest doing a search, using your favorite search engine, to find out if any will meet with your individual likes.

Cananga, Gardenia, Michelia, Magnolia, Stephanotis, Rosemary, Frgraea, Tabernaemontana, Trachelospermum, Bouvadia, Cestrum, Fagraea and Rose.

Confederate jasmine and daphne odora. Don't know if you are too far south for the daphne. It's a winter bloomer.

Nicotiana (flowering tobacco), Moonflower (ipomoea) - although mine didn't have a very strong smell like I've read they are supposed to.

Cestrum nocturnum (summer nights... STRONG), Viburnum x juddii (spring, nice), Lonicera fragrantissima and tea olive (are powerful fragrance generators)... but i think my favorite are the native azaleas (Rhododendron arborescens, canescens, alabamense, etc...)

Tea olive shrub is my favorite and also Today Tomorrow Yesterday is a beautifully fragrant shrub with purple flowers, both blooming now.
