Anyone have any ideas of things to add to an Oak Savanna to make it like a secret garden ? Oaks are large, not alot of low branches. I thought of a couple of benches and maybe a concrete fountain. Want low maintainence ideas. Birdhouses would just get lost, Im afraid. Don't want anything that would harm the oaks. Husband is clearing old dead wood. He already put in some stepping stones out of native rock. I thought about an iron gazebo. We have alot of oak stumps from a large branch that broke. Not much grows under the large oaks. I don't have electricity there. Thanks for any thoughts or ideas. We do have alot of deer.
