Well, that depends. If you're referring to evolvulous, one type is Blue Daze, ( lots of little bitty blue flowers on a low growing kind of blue/gray foliage), probably not. It's actually a tropical perennial, and is usually grown as an annual in our zone. On the other hand, if we have a super mild winter and you mulched it really good, who knows? If you're referring to ipomoea, which is actually a vine, but which can tangle itself into a "bush" form, (big blue flowers) it will seed itself everywhere and you can pretty well depend upon an encore.

I have a bush MG and it comes back for me each year. Mine has light pinkish lavendar blooms. You can also save the seeds and plant them in the Spring. They will bloom the same year planted. Good luck with yours.
