Well I couldn't Wait!

I was itching to try some stuff out, so I decided to grow some lettuce.

I should have enough light to grow some indoors. We'll see!

You're right!! I thought November-December would be hard, but they've got nothing on January-early Feb!!! Good luck with your lights!!

Growing salad greens in the GH and the brightest light this fall and winter has been the North Star. They seam to be doing fine at least they taste that way.

Well last night I had a couple of miniature leaves sprout up on 4 or 5 of the cells!

I still haven't installed my heating cable, as I need to get some wire staples to keep it from tangling up. I would say the lights keep it about 60-65 during the day as the room is not really heated by any means. Hopefully in a few days I'll be able to take the dome off.
