Depending on the sun, you'd need to be careful with those trellises in the middle. They can either shade out the box behind, their own box or even parts of the larger trellised box.

North is on a 43-45 degree angle from lower right to upper left. Not optimal, but it's just the way my yard runs. :) (See shade study here.)

The render is done with Google's sketchup, which is amazingly easy to use. The schematic is done in Omnigraffle pro.

The mid trellises' height are calculated so the shade just touches the rear bed at the worst part of the growing season.

You have SO done your research on shading and with all of your computer programs added, I'd say you've got a pretty good idea of what you're doing.

Staggered planting of long-growing varieties so not all maturing at once, but yeah, lots of kraut and ham, cabbage and potatoes. This winter, when the veggies ran out and the canning ran out, and the fermented stuff ran out, I hardly wanted to eat "supermarket food." I want lots of stuff in the root cellar waiting for me. :)
