| Well, after planing and reading the SFG book I finally got my bed set up and planted some seeds. Got a few plants and planted them there also. This is my first attemp to grow veggies, I am looking forward to the experience. I found out my local HD sells the dirt mix, too bad I already had started mixing my own, I still bought a bag, Iwill use it later.
I planted brocolli, corn, peppers, a couple of different lettuce. I got to get me a plastic owl to keep the birds away. wish me luck! |

| Luey, we found a rubber snake at Dollar Tree. Not sure he kept anything away, but he was cute laying there on the edge of our garden bed. When I sent pictures of my garden to family and friends, they wanted to know if that was a real snake. Diclemeg, you mean peat, compost, vermiculite, correct ? |
