honestly, I started seeds indoors last year when they said too, WAY to early for me. they got big fast and the timing was off for putting out. Im holding off this year, waiting till first week of April. Im in a zone 8 though and stuff grows like mad here.

Or go to johnnyseeds.com and check out their seed starting chart. You would have to know your last frost date for this chart and enter it at the top. It covers many more crops and flowers.
