My husband is going to build a few of the square foot garden boxes for me. Do we attach some weed blocker to the boxes themselves? Thanks in advance for the help! Signey

Hi Signey - From what I can tell the weed block shouldn't have to be attached directly to the box, just on the ground beneath. Will be experimenting with this soon. Hope that helps!

The best practice is to use an alternate like overlapping layers of cardboard or newspaper that will smother live grasses beneath it before decomposing in a season or so. Weed blocker has a bad habit of turning into shreds that work up a little at a time for years and years.
