| Has anyone had sucess growing parsnips? I love parsnips and we rarely have them in my neighborhood grocery store, whn we do have them they are usually old, soft and bendable and over priced.
Which variety works best for SFG? |

| We have a 12 inch deep SFG for things like parsnip. I use the Harris Model variety since they don't grow as long as others. They get thinned to 2-3 inches. |
