Filling the Raised Bed

I have built 84 sq feet of raised beds - 1-2x12, 2-2x3 and 3-4x4 - each 12" in height. This is my second year doing the garden and the first year was a smashing success using 3x12 beds and amending the existing ground.

For the new beds this year, I'm not using the existing ground and need to fill my boxes. I have purchased the peat and vermiculite - although I'm still not convinced I will use the vermiculite. Compost, to my surprise seems extremely difficult to locate - especially multiple varieties. I can only seem to find manure compost at the big box stores and I have found one source of leaf compost described as "Aged leaves, manure and wood chips, rich in nutrients".

Do you think the leaf compost by itself would be enough to complete the fill?

Should I add things like greensand (33 cents/lb), rock dust ($1/lb delivered). I also have a source for RE-VITA Compost Plus or SEA-MIN Kelp Meal as amendments.

Thanks in advance!
