Raised Bed With Fruit

I was thinking in an ideal setup, for a family of four, how long and how wide should a raised bed be for different fruit? I want to grow strawberries, rasberries, blueberries, blackberries, and grapes. In a raised bed, you don't walk in it, so I want to make it just wide enough for a single row. But how wide should that be for berries? I don't want to crowd them in, but I also don't think I would need a four foot wide bed. I was thinking maybe like two or three feet wide and like twenty feet wide? Does that make sense for a berry bed. I will probably put the strawberries in there own 4x8 box and SFG it up, but I don't think I could do that with other berries. Let me know what you guys think.
