Pepper seedlings in a 4 pack

I started some pepper seeds in a 2 small 4-packs last week and I have them in my entertainment center which is the warmest place in my house. Two pepper seeds (one in each 4 pack) have sprouted, but the others haven't yet.

Do I need to move the sprouted pepper seedlings to a sunny window, or is it okay to leave them in the 4 pack until the other peppers are sprouted? It's pretty dark in the entertainment center, so the new seedlings aren't getting any sunlight right now. I have an empty 4-pack available, so I have something to transfer them to, but I was worried about disturbing the young root. I guess clipping the cell with the seedling away from the 4-pack is an option, but it might have a tendency to fall over.

Suggestions? I'm pretty green at seed starting, and my previous attempts have not been very successful.
