I want to thank the members of this forum for your inspiration and knowledge. I have not posted much in the past, but I've been reading seasonally for several years. I am learning a lot from you.

Finally this year, I have started my own SFG and my own gardening blog. The blog will mostly function as my personal garden journal, but I'd like to share it with you too from time to time as it grows. I will probably have many questions along the way too.

I am not completely new to gardening, I grew up with a family who gardened and have been keeping a small garden for the last several years. However, I have struggled with grass and weeds and it hasn't been much fun.

I am hoping to turn things around this year by trying SFG and using plastic solar mulch on my regular garden. If you are interested in my plan, there is more information in my new blog. Please feel free to let me know what you think.
