Do lights at night in vegetable garden draw undesirable pests?

My SFG is up and growing well, thanks in part to all I've read here.
I'm considering adding a solar light or two for lighting at night. Saw the sort at Home D. that set on top of a 4x4 post, and would look nice on the corner posts of my large raised bed. But I am concerned that lights shining in the vegetable garden at night will draw (more) undesirable pests and insects to my plants.
Might anyone advise me as to whether solar lighting at night is safe for the garden and vegetables, or is it inadvisable?
Many thanks to any who may help.

IMO save your money and conserve your night vision when in your yard at night. Look up instead.

As to your specific question, there is enough stray light around that your puny wattage will do nothing.
