Holly goodness, it's huge!!!

Great picture!

We're currently flooded with tomatoes (5 different varieties), so have been having tomato salad, tomato nachos, tomato sauce (on pasta and pizza), extra tomatoes on the pizza, and stewed tomatoes with okra.

Have been preparing the tomato dishes with other products of the garden - basil (several kinds), oregano, shallots, peppers (sweet and hot), chives, and the last of the carrots and cilantro.

I don't know who has the biggest head ; that's one proud young man you've got and not a bad cabbage either. Boy I'm jealous!!! That makes me want to cook up some cornbread.

Let's see, I've been having green salads with radishes for a while now, though the spinach bolted and the succession isn't quite ready yet. I just harvested a massive broccoli head that was huge. Lastly, I'm close to harvesting cauilflower. What tomatoes have formed are still green.

Hello all. Yes, my little guy was proud to hold that cabbage! Had to get that shot quick too, I was afraid he was going to drop it! I always enjoy hearing/seeing pics of others harvests. Since then I've enjoyed more potatoes (they are my fave, have over 70 plants) and last night picked my first handful of bush beans and shelling peas. Zucs are coming along and I see them on our table in about a week. I just wish the carrots would hurry up, they are sooo slow. Brussels are budding and making me drool when I check on their progress everyday. Bon appetite!

WOW what did you feed that cabbage?? **grin** that is huge!! next yeari really have to plan my garden much better!! and i have to know what you fed yours!! LOL
