2 Q's - Seedless Watermelon & Tomato Suckers

Hi All! I have two questions - ok, 2 multipart questions. Please bear with me as I am a complete gardening newbie and many terms that are thrown around and understood by many here I just don't know yet.

First, I am planning on growing seedless watermelon in a few months. I have a package of Everglades Hybrid that came with Sugar Baby pollinator. Do I plant these two different seeds in the same square? Just in the same box so they can pollinate? Is there a way to "help" pollinate the way people do with corn?

Second, What does a tomato sucker look like? I just planted a tomato plant and I have no idea what "suckers" I am supposed to trim. Do they look much different from the other leaves so I will immediately know? It is indeterminate and going up a trellis so I want to make sure I am keeping it pruned properly. The problem I have is that I am such a newbie that I just don't know what I am supposed to look for.

Thanks for your time!
