Netting trellis--how have you set yours up?

I'm planning on growing peas this fall, and need to put up a trellis. I'm considering netting, but am unsure of how to put it up. ie what to attach it to...

Will my fellow trellisers show pictures or describe how you've attached your trellis to it's supports?

Also, my trellis will be at the back of the box. Where should I place the 4/sq pea plants? Next to the trellis at the back of the squares, or at the front?
