Should I try to harden off leggy seedlings or toss them?

They are nder artificial lights, some of them actually touching the lights, they have a fan blowing on them and they are still very leggy. These arethe veggies I have:

Broccoli

Cauliflower

Kale

Leeks

Scallions

2 different cabbages

Broccoli Raab

about 5 different lettuces

All except the buttercrunch lettuce havebecome extremely leggy despite my efforts to prevent it. It is very hot here so I had to start them indoors. My neighbor told me to just get them in the grond and they should eb fine, BUT I hate to have done all of that work and lose my 100 or seedlings.

So what should I do?

I thoght about trying to harden off half incase they are still too young and die, then I'd only lose half of my seedlings. Most have 2-3 true leaves right now. I know they should have more but because of their legginess I don't think keepingthem under artificial lightsany longer is going to benefit them.

What would you do? I'll add a pic in a bit.
